To ensure quality control, all domestic and imported products offered on our website are directly shipped from our fulfillment centers. They are carefully stored in reefers, freezers or temperature controlled chambers before being straightly released to FedEx for prompt delivery to your doorsteps. We use state-of-the-art packaging (see below for details), and we guarantee that every product you order from levillage.com will arrive in superb condition. In the event of spoilage or damage due to a shipping delay or carrier's mishandling, we will issue your choice of a full refund or a replacement.
All fresh, frozen and other temperature-sensitive products are carefully packaged and sealed to ensure optimum quality. We use a fully insulated bag and we additionally surround the products with ice packs to minimize temperature escalation during transportation. To further protect the products, we place the bag or container in a double-strength corrugated carton filled with foam peanuts. If you plan a road trip or a picnic in the near future, please keep in mind that our insulated bags and ice packs are reusable.
At levillage.com, we are also committed to delivering outstanding products at the peak of freshness, and in a timely fashion. To meet your expectations, we have chosen FedEx as our main Shipping Carrier. Some remote areas may not be served by FedEx. In these instances, your order will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Standard Shipping service, also referred as "Ground, Ground Home Delivery or SmartPost", occurs between 1 to 8 business days, depending on distance from our fulfillment center to destination. Assuming no holidays, Ground delivery occurs Monday through Friday by the end of the business day, Ground Home Delivery occurs Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and SmartPost delivery occurs Monday through Saturday. This service cannot be used for shipping perishable products and for any shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping surcharges may apply for heavy products such as glass bottled beverages. Second Day service, also referred as "2-Day", occurs, assuming no holidays, Monday through Friday by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most U.S. addresses (by 7 p.m. to residential addresses). Second Day service, also referred as "2-Day", occurs, assuming no holidays, Monday through Friday by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most AK & HI addresses (by 7 p.m. to residential addresses) and in up to 3 business days to remote areas.
