SHIPPING INFORMATION

To ensure quality control, all domestic and imported products offered on our website are directly shipped from our fulfillment centers. They are carefully stored in reefers, freezers or temperature controlled chambers before being straightly released to FedEx for prompt delivery to your doorsteps. We use state-of-the-art packaging (see below for details), and we guarantee that every product you order from levillage.com will arrive in superb condition. In the event of spoilage or damage due to a shipping delay or carrier's mishandling, we will issue your choice of a full refund or a replacement.

All fresh, frozen and other temperature-sensitive products are carefully packaged and sealed to ensure optimum quality. We use a fully insulated bag and we additionally surround the products with ice packs to minimize temperature escalation during transportation. To further protect the products, we place the bag or container in a double-strength corrugated carton filled with foam peanuts. If you plan a road trip or a picnic in the near future, please keep in mind that our insulated bags and ice packs are reusable.

At levillage.com, we are also committed to delivering outstanding products at the peak of freshness, and in a timely fashion. To meet your expectations, we have chosen FedEx as our main Shipping Carrier. Some remote areas may not be served by FedEx. In these instances, your order will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Standard

Standard Shipping service, also referred as "Ground, Ground Home Delivery or SmartPost", occurs between 1 to 8 business days, depending on distance from our fulfillment center to destination. Assuming no holidays, Ground delivery occurs Monday through Friday by the end of the business day, Ground Home Delivery occurs Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and SmartPost delivery occurs Monday through Saturday. This service cannot be used for shipping perishable products and for any shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping surcharges may apply for heavy products such as glass bottled beverages. Second Day & Second Day with Saturday Delivery service

Second Day service, also referred as "2-Day", occurs, assuming no holidays, Monday through Friday by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most U.S. addresses (by 7 p.m. to residential addresses). Shipping surcharges may apply for heavy products such as glass bottled beverages. Saturday delivery service is available. Some restrictions may apply. See Shipping Restrictions for details.

Second Day & Second Day with Saturday Delivery service Alaska & Hawaii only

Second Day service, also referred as "2-Day", occurs, assuming no holidays, Monday through Friday by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most AK & HI addresses (by 7 p.m. to residential addresses) and in up to 3 business days to remote areas. Shipping surcharges may apply for heavy products such as glass bottled beverages. Saturday delivery service is available. Some restrictions may apply. See Shipping Restrictions for details.

Standard Overnight

Standard Overnight service occurs, assuming no holidays, Monday through Friday by 3 p.m. on the next business day to most U.S. addresses (by 4:30 p.m. to remote areas). Shipping surcharges may apply for heavy products such as glass bottled beverages. If you wish a Saturday delivery, please refer to the Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery service. Standard Overnight Alaska & Hawaii only

Standard Overnight service occurs, assuming no holidays, Monday through Friday by 3 p.m. on the next business day to most AK & HI addresses and in up to 2 business days by 7 p.m. to remote areas. Shipping surcharges may apply for heavy products such as glass bottled beverages. If you wish a Saturday delivery, please refer to the Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery service Alaska & Hawaii only. Some restrictions may apply. See Shipping Restrictions for details.

Priority Overnight & Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery service

Priority Overnight service occurs, assuming no holidays, Monday through Friday by 10.30 a.m. on the next business day to most U.S. addresses (by 5:00 p.m. to remote areas). Shipping surcharges may apply for heavy products such as glass bottled beverages. Saturday Delivery service is available as early as noon to Continental U.S. addresses. Some restrictions may apply. Priority Overnight & Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery service Alaska & Hawaii only

Priority Overnight service occurs, assuming no holidays, Monday through Friday by 10.30 a.m. on the next business day to most U.S. addresses and in up to 2 business days by 7 p.m. to remote areas. Shipping surcharges may apply for heavy products such as glass bottled beverages. Depending on location, some delivery commitments to Alaska and Hawaii are by 7 p.m. the second business day. We are pleased to offer you the convenience of requesting specific shipping dates. To take advantage of this service, indicate the date you wish your order to be shipped in the comments box on the ‘’Shipping Info’’ page at checkout, or send us an email at orders@levillage.com

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• We do not ship outside the United States, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
• Unless you have opted for the ‘’Next Day’’ shipping service, orders for perishable products placed after Wednesdays 8:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped on the following Monday, assuming not a holiday.
• Some remote areas may not be served by our shipping Carrier, or may have a later delivery commitment. If delivery is not available to your zip code, your order will be either shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or canceled.
• Delivery normally scheduled to be made on a holiday will be rescheduled for delivery on the following business day, assuming not a holiday.
• Unless a Signature Service has been requested at time of purchase, your order will be left by the Carrier’s driver at your front door or at your main lobby.
• In the event of inclement weather or extreme temperatures, it is possible that deliveries may be restricted or impaired. We cannot assume responsibility in these instances.
