French Emmental is a semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. It is produced near the famous town of Chamonix, at the footsteps of the Mont Blanc, where the freshest waters on earth run through deep and green valleys covered by rich grass that feeds happy cows. It is ripened to perfection for over 2 months through a complex cheesemaking process that gives its characteristic large holes and a sweet buttery taste with hints of fresh nuts.
