French Duck Cassoulet - Meat and White Beans Stew - 30oz
Considered as the most famous dish in the southwest of France's gastronomy, Cassoulet is a rich, slow-cooked stew containing duck and pork meat, and white beans. This Fabrique Delices' Cassoulet combines tasty duck and pork sausages, as well as duck confit similarly to the classic Cassoulet of Toulouse. It comes in an old-fashioned glass jar with a clamp lid with each jar providing satisfying portions for two to three persons. Heat it for ten minutes, covered, in a small roasting pan in a 250-degree oven, then for 5 minutes more with the cover off and your kitchen will start smelling like a bistro in the southwest of France.
