Since 1850, the Bartolini's family is using its experience and tradition to produce remarkable Umbrian Extra Virgin Olive oils. The best varieties of olives from are selected (Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio), then handpicked and cold-pressed, using traditional method, to produce this originally certified extra virgin olive oil. Full bodied, intensely fruity with a robust flavor and a peppery finish. Great with risottos, grilled meats, pasta, vegetables, sauces and salads.
