Located in France Luberon Natural Park, this small producer uses only traditional methods to produce the best nectars every year. This pure acacia honey has a light yellow color and a delicate floral aroma, without acidity or bitterness, with hints of vanilla. It has not been heated to speed up the extraction. To harvest this monofloral honey, beehives have been placed next a large and dense field of acacia flowers. Unlike blended honeys, monofloral ones are more delicate in flavor. All Natural. No preservatives or additives added. Comes in a glass jar with a floral motif on the lid.
