This pure chestnut tree honey has a dark amber color and a delicate nutty aroma, without acidity or bitterness. It has not been heated to speed up the extraction. To harvest this monofloral honey, beehives have been placed next a large and dense field of chestnut trees. Unlike blended honeys, monofloral ones are more delicate in flavor. All Natural.
