Made from freshly-pressed grapemust, mustard seeds, vinegar, wine and spices, it is an original alternative to more mundane mustards. It has an earthy flavor that enhamces charcuterie, and pairs particularly well with dry sausages such as the French "Rosette de Lyon". Comes in a 29.5oz-glass jar.
