Originated from a 1632 recipe transmitted to the Pommery Family in 1760 and secretly guarded since, this smooth whole seed mustard is enhanced with hot peppers. Pommery mustard was served at the tables of the French kings. It has a very spicy flavor with no artificifial flavoring. It pairs well with spicy Texan, Mexican or Korean dishes, as well as sauerkraut and grilled meats. Comes in its famous pottery crock sealed with a cork lid and a red cap.
