This fully cooked all-natural mousse is made from a flavorful and smooth combination of fresh and smoked salmon, cream and spinach, then topped with aspic. It makes a pleasant appetizer and pairs well with good mustard, French gherkins, olives, traditional French baguette or light sourdough and a Sancerre, Muscadet, Sauvignon blanc or Champagne Rose wine.  Pork Free.
